Email, hosting and retention

Messages may remain in the company mailbox and email provider systems. Hosting infrastructure may process technical logs. Retention periods, provider arrangements, and authorized access must be confirmed before launch.

Technical safeguards

The application validates entries, checks request origin, and uses a temporary in-memory rate limit based on the request IP address. Counters expire after ten minutes. Enquiry bodies and email credentials are not logged by the application.

Cookies and analytics

This application does not implement advertising cookies or analytics. Later integrations should be reviewed and this policy updated before they are enabled.
